It is difficult to
understand the universe if you only study one planet.

Reality

01

Reality is the objective existence of things, events, or phenomena independent of our perception. It’s what exists whether or not we perceive it accurately. However, it’s essential to acknowledge that our perception often shapes how we interact with and understand this reality. Sometimes, what we perceive might not align perfectly with reality due to various factors like cognitive biases, emotions, or limited information.

Perception

02

Perception is the lens through which we interpret the world around us. It’s a subjective experience shaped by our senses, experiences, beliefs, and biases. Essentially, it’s how we interpret and make sense of the information received from our environment. For instance, two people witnessing the same event might perceive it differently based on their individual perspectives.

Understaging

03

Understaging refers to portraying something in a way that intentionally understates its significance or impact, it’s related to the way information is presented or interpreted. For example, in storytelling or communication, understaging can be used to downplay certain aspects deliberately. It can alter understanding by framing information in a particular way. Ultimately it can affect the perception of reality in that particular context.
